Her path wasn’t paved with ease. Growing up in the “school of hard knocks,” Kristen’s life demanded resilience from a young age. With a natural sensitivity to energy, frequency, and emotion, she found herself questioning the world early on. A single quote sparked the beginning of her conscious journey: “You are not who you were raised to believe.” From that moment, she committed to rediscovering herself—beyond programming, beyond pain.

 

Since 2016, Kristen has immersed herself in the work of healing and awakening. In 2022, she dove even deeper at the Journey Into Wellness trauma retreat, where she studied Jungian psychology, emotional release techniques, vibrational awareness, neural reprogramming, and shadow work. That experience opened a door she chose to walk through—and never looked back.

 

Now a licensed Chakradance facilitator and Reiki practitioner, Kristen brings together somatic meditation through movement, guided visualizations, energy healing, and intuitive life coaching to support others on their own path of remembrance and renewal.

 

Through Synara Holistics, she holds space for those seeking clarity in a confusing world—especially those who may not know where to begin. Her mission is simple but profound: to build a community grounded in awareness, connection, and healing—waking the world, one person at a time.
