I am a licensed Chakradance facilitator, Emotional regulation specialist and somatic guide devoted to helping others remember who they truly are. Through my business, Synara Holistics, I create sacred, emotionally safe spaces where movement, meditation, and energy work merge into profound healing.

Known for my grounded spirituality and prophetic clarity, I guide others through somatic release, inner awakening, and the transmutation of pain into power. My work weaves Jungian psychology, chakra-resonant music, and intuitive insight to help my clients shed conditioned patterns and reconnect with their innate wisdom.

My mission is to shift society toward deeper compassion, authenticity, and energetic alignment — one heart, one body, one awakening at a time.

Aynsley Nisbet

Aynsley Nisbet is a visual artist and intuitive healer based in Edmonton, Alberta. Her work blends shamanic symbolism, nature’s wisdom, and celestial themes, offering portals of reflection and transformation through both art and energy work.

With a background in Anthropology and a deep curiosity about cultural healing practices, Aynsley followed the path of a Holistic Health Practitioner, specializing in Reiki and Reflexology. Her life long love of astrology also flows into her creative process, with many of her paintings inspired by the stars and personalized zodiac imagery.She is also the founder of The Organic Zodiac ~ Healing Arts Café, a space that celebrated self-expression and connection through art, healing, and community. Though the studio has since closed, the heart of that vision lives on.Aynsley now brings her offerings to Synara Holistics, where she continues to share Reiki, Reflexology, and intuitive painting workshops.
